hold it and slowly breath out through your mouth.

Write down your FEELINGS
Keep an upset journal,
Express yourself on paper by writting or sketching.

Put yourself in other person's shoes
This will help you gain a different perspective.

Learn to laugh at yourself
humor in situations.

lighten up a bit,and laugh at yourself
